Stress and anxiety are something many of us deal with on a regular basis. Nothing has to be going wrong for you to be anxious, you can just feel anxious! It’s horrible and affects everything. It seeps into your daily life and disrupts what should be a good day.

It’s hard to schedule in time to workout, there’s a reason more than 50% of Irish people are now obese. But working out, isn’t just amazing for your waistline, it can really combat anxiety. Like really and truly.

Interval training and strength training and the NUMBER ONE best type of exercise you can do to get rid of anxiety. Done correctly, it can actually beat the symptoms.

It will leave you feeling really calm, and ready to face the day. It has a lasting effect into the next day too.

If you’re not currently exercising and you’re feeling anxious, you are missing out big time.

Plan this type of exercise into your week. Either get a personal trainer, join a group, or do it from home.

Hope this helps,
