When weight loss seems impossible

10 years ago today, I was 3 stone overweight.

I was hiding under my clothes.

My confidence was rock bottom .

I was turning to food for all my problems.

I couldn’t look in the mirror, my clothes were tight and I was going around and around in circles.

I would start on a Monday, and by Tuesday evening I was back off the wagon again.

I hated my body, and I was so sick and tired of feeling bloated.

All I wanted was to feel fit, toned, and happy.

When I discovered how to get fit and healthy, while still eating the foods I loved, it changed my life forever.

When I discovered they type of exercise that was effective, got results, and was actually fun, it changed my life forever.

You don’t have to go around in circles anymore.

You can fix this and get to a point where you’re consistent, your clothes fit, and you feel great. You don’t have to spend hours at the gym, you don’t have to count calories to get this.

When you free yourself from the weighing scales, fad diets, dieting, restriction diets, you’ll get results. When you find something you love, when you don’t exercise just to burn calories, you will get long term results.
