I help women over 40 get fit, feel great, and find their inner peace and calm. Since 2008, I've trained 6,693 women over 40 in person and online to adopt healthy lifestyles as well as a greater sense of control over their lives.
I used to be extremely unhealthy. I was overweight, drinking too much alcohol and had such unhealthy habits like going to bed too late, comfort eating and not feeling very good about myself.
I suffered with quite poor mental health, and panic attacks, anxiety and stress were a big part of my life back then.
I look back very kindly at that person I was back then, as I had very little confidence, was a complete people pleaser and didn’t really know how to take care of myself. Panic attacks, anxiety and stress were a big part of my life back then.
My whole career is now dedicated to sharing all these tools that I have learned. To empower women to get fit, feel great & find their inner peace and calm.
