Wonderful Jessica! Had left the walks go and my mind missed them….the fresh air…. Ive NEVER gone healthy when stressed and feel it’s almost alien to me…its always the other way I go….”Junky monkey” craic! Something to think about…definately the TT is a must for me…that may very well be the first step in turning healthy when stresssed…..We’ll see……Thank you so much for all of this fab material! xx
