The truth about weight training.

You’re never going to bulk up lifting weights if you’re a woman…FACT. Once you know this, and truly believe it, amazing things start happening. You start weight training, and if your diet is correct, you start seeing RESULTS! It’s crazy, the time it takes you to lose weight and tone up is more than half if you just walk..which, might I add, will never get you that long lean look.

Do you want great results? LIFT WEIGHTS! And girls, get the diet right. If you want results, GET THEM.  Do it today, stop putting it off. Fear is holding you back. Fear of what? The unknown!

Yes, you will survive if you don’t eat biscuits tonight. What will happen if you give up junk food for one week? ALL GOOD STUFF! Nothing bad! Give it a try! Get results! Put your best foot forward and decide you’re going to look and feel amazing.

Lift weights at least twice a week. Do interval training. Cut out the crap from your diet. and what have you got? A glowing, sexy, happy woman who is shining in that moment of her life.

It is inevitable that you will come up against hard times on your path to losing weight and getting fit, but ALL good things worth achieving are tough!

  • I started a new routing sice June 1st. It is to run 5 miles 4 times a week then do 25 burpees at the end of each run. I lift weights 2 times a week but I notice weight gain 🙁 my diet is the same as before when I was only running. Is that normal?
