A simple dinner recipe in under 15 minutes: Chickpea & Tomato Curry

This recipe is my saviour!

I don’t like spending hours in the kitchen, I don’t want to have to think too much about it, or make anything complicated. It wouldn’t be where I choose to be. I’m busy, and have a lot going on.

So, if you, like me, need all the time you get, than make this recipe! It’s going to be a godsend for you! It’s so easy to make, the ingredients are so simple. It’s healthy, and guess what? It’s tasty!

Here’s the ingredients:

-2 sliced onions
-2 tbsp grated ginger 
-1 tsp turmeric
-1 tsp cayenne pepper
-1 tsp cinnamon
-1 tsp garam masala
-1 tbsp Tomato puree
-4 crushed garlic cloves
-2 tins chickpeas

-1 tin tomatoes
-handful spinach
-200 ml veg stock
