A short but effective workout.. You only need 15 minutes!

This workout is short, simple & effective! If you’re not getting results, and you’re sick and tired of trying everything, it may be that you’re just not doing the correct stuff. It took me 2 years to lose 42 pounds. I was doing everything wrong, but trying so hard. If you feel you’re trying hard, but it’s not working for you, you need to change what you’re doing.

As we get older, our metabolism slows down, and the only way to sort this out, is to do a mix of interval training with resistance training.  ✅✅✅ You will then continue to fit well into your clothes . 😀 😃
