How to reduce belly fat, 3 simple things you need to know.

A big problem area for many women is their stomach. Not feeling great about your stomach area can have a huge negative affect on your confidence and that’s not nice! I’m here to help you fix this problem so you can #feelgood again.


  1. You can’t spot reduce. You can’t pick an area of you body and decide you want to lose weight there. You can’t pick where it comes off first, it’s different for all women.  You’ve got to burn fat, focus on weight loss as a whole, and eventually it’ll come off everywhere.
  2.  You’ve got to get rid of the sugar habit, no matter how small! A little bit of chocolate/biscuits in the night time is the killer! It seems so small and insignificant but its not! It’s what stopped me from losing 45 pounds. I was working out, eating well, during the day, and eating crap at night. Get rid, Monday to Friday. You will notice a massive difference in a very short space of time.
  3. You’ve got to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. Eat two snacks throughout the day so you don’t come home STARVING and want to eat the fridge! You’ve got to get into a good routine of healthy eating, and develop a good relationship with food. Focus on Monday to Friday, relax at weekends, and you’ll see huge success.

Most importantly, you’ve got to 1. stay consistent, and 2. trust the process. Don’t give up because you don’t see results straight away. This takes time and focus but when you have it nailed, it’ll become easy and just part of your daily routine.
