Oat Bread

I love this bread, it’s healthy, tasty, really easy to make and goes so well with soup and sandwiches. It’s also a perfect post- workout snack, for when you need to get your energy back after a tough one!

In between meals, if you get hungry, it’s a great snack as it’ll keep your blood sugar stable once eaten, which will help you last until dinner. I hope you enjoy it, let me know how you get on,
