The biggest struggle my clients have is time. Time to fit everything in, to work, to keep fit, to look good, to cook healthy food, it’s a struggle.
If you do one big food shop and have a list of three dinners you can make double of, you’ll be sorted for six dinners for the week.
Stir-fry’s are one of those dishes that you can make loads, fridge the rest and it still tastes yummy the next day.
Avoid having it with noodles or rice and just eat loads of extra veg or salad.
Remember when you’re trying to lose weight, it’s best you avoid carbohydrates after 5pm.
