No Bake Protein Balls – So Easy & Only 3 Ingredients!

I never used to like peanut butter- now I love it! It’s so tasty, and in small amounts :-), healthy too!

I need snacks to keep me healthy and fit. Without snacks, I actually gain weight, because I let myself go too hungry, and then I can’t stop eating at my main meals. Like I could literally have a plate of food, and need more after. So me and snacks is a very good thing.

When you make these snacks, they take 2 minutes and 4 seconds to be precise 🙂 So when you hear people talk about ‘prep Sunday’ and get scared, actually instead just think to yourself ‘Oh I’m going to spend 3 minutes in the kitchen making my snacks for the week :-). This ‘prep food’ thing has gone mental, it’s all the rage and I actually think it puts people off.

So these balls, they don’t go in the oven, it’s great, you make them and then put them in the the fridge!

1/2 cup of oats

1/2 cup of honey

1/2 cup of peanut butter…

…mix together and you’ve made them! Make them into balls and keep in the fridge.

You can add chocolate chips/pistachios/raisins… whatever you like. I just used the 3 ingredients.
