Found your podcast on Your exact morning routine very helpful and motivational and thank you very much for sharing. I am entering a period where I will be reducing mental health drugs gradually and know that while reducing medications, I need to draw up a good morning routine everyday to kickstart my day on a positive note. I am starting the reductions tomorrow the first of February with I must emphasize the backing of my doctors.
