Today's Workout Details
I hope you enjoy this one. Keep it slow and steady if you're tired and a reminder that Step ups are great to do when an exericse comes up that you find too difficult. Also, do the Plank instead of Sit-ups if you find them too tough.

Fab workout Jessica, with the heat today it was like working out in a sauna! But that’s a good thing I think
loved getting workout in on the Monday! Does’nt often work for me but was so glad it was done this am! Was a tough one!
