  • Done 6/3, didn’t sleep great so 20 min workout was perfect. Really didn’t feel like doing it but so glad I did

  • It was great to be aware of my body and how far I have come from not be able to to lunges (the knees) to doing them with weights, from 1/2kg weights overhead (the shoulder) to 3kg now. Feeling mighty after that one, thanks Jessica. xx
