The more you use the site, the more points you get. You'll be rewarded with point for marking workouts complete, taking part in Thrive Times, and submitting your weekly habits checklist regularly.
You''l also gain achievements after completing bigger milestones, like completing 50, 100 or 250 workouts (you legend!).
