How to Feel Fit, Healthy and Happy, Without It Involving Too Much Work.

The ultimate gripe for me, and the one I’m trying to fix, is the over-complication when it comes to weight loss and getting fit. The weight loss industry, magazines and so many clubs, are selling you on the idea that you need to do some much stuff to be fit and healthy. If you look back to hundred of years ago, before all that stuff existed, did they need any of it? No!

You don’t need to count calories or weigh your food, to fit terrific in your clothes. You don’t need to spend countless hours in the gym, on treadmills and cross trainers. I used to do that. I’d bring my magazine, or look at the T.V. and spend too much time on the treadmill. I had no idea the fun I was missing out on, or the effective workouts I could have been having!

Getting fit and healthy can be the most fun, and most rewarding thing you ever do.

The biggest barriers I see to you getting where you want to be, the most common ones are:

Cutting out food groups;

Doing only cardio;

Giving up on nice meals/treat nights;

Calorie Counting;

Weighing yourself;

Using gym machines;

Weighing your food;

Paying for a gym membership, that you know you’ll never use, so then you just feel like a failure and quit;

Having no support group or accountability built in;

This is where a lot of our members start. They’ve done most of the above, and it’s left them feeling like they’re at fault.

They’re not. Up to now, that’s all you’ve known. You didn’t know another way existed.

This is the stuff that will get you feeling terrific in your clothes and get you fit and healthy, if done CONSISTENTLY;

Eating healthy;

Eating from all food groups;

Enjoying your treat nights… A very important part of life!

The RIGHT type of training. You want to know the ‘secret’ to getting into great shape?

A powerful combination of interval training with resistance training and core work, that will blast fat, skyrocket your metabolism and strengthen all your muscles for day to day life. Done correctly and in the right way, just 3 sessions a week will get you into the best shape, physically and mentally, of your life .

Being fit and healthy should feel like a simple, easy way of life. If it’s not, somethings wrong. I promise you that if you’re currently struggling, and feeling weighed down with everything that’s out there, there is another way. Another way that’s really simple, with the most difficult part being that you’re consistent and you don’t quit.

To your success,
