Snacks are so important to make a part of your daily routine. It's a really terrific habit to get into, to snack between breakfast & lunch, and lunch & dinner. Snacking keeps your metabolism high, and helps keep hunger at bay. 

When you snack, your much less likely to over-eat at night. Taking care of yourself, and taking a few minutes out of your busy day to have a small snack will help you #FEELGOOD, and encourage you to take back a little time for yourself too.

Serves 1


Celery crudites with hummus

Apple slices with nut butter

1 piece of fruit

Small bowl of frozen grapes

2 oatcakes spread with hummus

Black Bean Salad

2 oatcakes with low fat cheese

Apple slices with low fat cheese

15 small peanuts

Quick Oats and Blueberry Bowl

10 cashew nuts

Greek Yoghurt and Mixed Berries

10 almonds

Cucumber slices with hummus

1 small tub of natural yoghurt

Hard Boiled eggs

2 Ryvita with nut butter

Pre-cooked mackerel or salmon

Handful of olives

Avocado and Salsa

2 oatcakes with nut butter

1 chicken breast

2 Ryvita with tuna

1 tin of tuna

Baked Kale Chips

Sliced Tomato with sprinkle of feta & olive oil

Roasted Chickpeas

2 small protein balls

Small handful of healthy trail mix

2 small energy balls

Snack on food that work for you. If it's a piece of fruit, that's fantastic! Getting into a good routine is great. Knowing what you're going to eat for the week ahead takes all the guess work out. I highly recommend a weekly food shop where you buy all your snacks for the week.
