Snacks are so important to make a part of your daily routine. It's a really terrific habit to get into, to snack between breakfast & lunch, and lunch & dinner. Snacking keeps your metabolism high, and helps keep hunger at bay.
When you snack, your much less likely to over-eat at night. Taking care of yourself, and taking a few minutes out of your busy day to have a small snack will help you #FEELGOOD, and encourage you to take back a little time for yourself too.

Snack on food that work for you. If it's a piece of fruit, that's fantastic! Getting into a good routine is great. Knowing what you're going to eat for the week ahead takes all the guess work out. I highly recommend a weekly food shop where you buy all your snacks for the week.
