Vegetarian Chilli (5 Ingredients or Less)

This is the quickest and easiest chilli to make. It's perfect if you're stuck for time, and it only has four ingredients. Three of the ingredients, you can make sure you have in the house the whole time, so all you have to do is grab the roasted veg on your way home.

Ingredients:
1 can chopped tomatoes |
1 can kidney beans in chilli sauce |
1 ready-to-eat mixed grain pouch |
400g pack oven-roasted vegetables |

Method:
- 1Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/ gas 6
- 2Cook the vegetables in a casserole dish for 15 mins.
- 3Tip in the beans and tomatoes, season, and cook for another 10-15 mins until piping hot.
- 4Heat the pouch in the microwave on High for 1 min and serve with the chilli.

This recipe goes great with rice, but if you're avoiding starchy carbs after 5pm, eat it with a big plate of veg.
