Healthy Breakfast: Nut Butter, Banana & Chia Seed Toast

This breakfast is really tasty and filling too. It's so quick to make, and a perfect combination of protein and carbohydrates. Remember it's the protein in the morning that helps keep you perfect for longer. This makes a perfect snack too.

Serves 1


2 Slices 100% Whole Wheat Bread

1 Tbsp. Nut butter (almond my fave)

1 Medium Banana, Sliced

1 Tsp. Chia Seeds

    Toast the bread and spread the nut butter over the top.

    Place banana slices over the sun butter and top it off with chia seeds.

This is a great breakfast or even a nice snack option that will help you get through your day. The nut butter, banana, and chia seeds work well together to fill you up and keep your stomach full and your mind fuelled.
