Healthy Breakfast Recipe: Yoghurt Berry Smoothie

Healthy, tasty and super quick to make, this smoothie is perfect if you're in a rush. You can have it while in the car on the way to work, so you have absolutely no excuse to skip breakfast.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup fresh blueberries |
3/4 cup fresh blackberries |
5.3 ounce package plain Greek yogurt |
1 cup vanilla soy milk |
1 whole banana |
Method:
- 1Add all of the ingredients to a blender.
- 2Pulse for 30 seconds, stir and pulse for an additional 30 seconds.
- 3Pour into two glasses and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
