Hi guys!
I hope you’re keeping really well. I made a couple of workout videos last week, as some of my clients are off on holidays. 👍👍👍 ❤️ 💛 💚 💙 💜
You know what used to upset me when I went on holidays?
I used to get there, and just stop working out. I’d relax loads, eat lots of tasty food, but by the time day 5 or day 6 came along, I’d noticed my mood slip a little. I’d start to get a bit cranky and a bit uncomfortable, and start to miss the feelings exercise gave me.
So the next time I booked a holiday, I promised myself that while I would still indulge and relax, if I wanted to workout, I would. But I would need it to be zero drama, zero fuss. I didn’t want to announce to the world I was off to a gym or anything like that.
I packed a skipping rope and that was it. Every second or third day on the holidays, I’d head up to the bedroom and do 20 minutes of interval training.
It was the best thing I ever day. I felt great and it made everything better. So here you go. This is so simple and so easy to fit into your day, I hope you enjoy it, Jessica XÂ ❤️ 💛 💚 💙
