Energy Balls: The Perfect snack!

You know why snacking is so important?

It not only keeps your metabolism high, but it stops you from wanting to eat the whole fridge, after a long day at work.

When you don’t snack, your body can go into starvation mode, and cling onto every bit of fat it has. So if you’re leaving long gaps between meals, the chances are, your metabolism isn’t as high as what it could be. And this may be stopping you from losing weight, maintaining your weight, or just feeling like you’re going around in circles.

Snacking between breakfast and lunch, and lunch and dinner is perfect.

Ever have those days when you don’t eat very much, but then you get home in the evening and want to eat all around you? I do 😀 What happens then? You wake up, start to eat very little again, to make up for it, and then night time comes, and you’re at it again! Get out of the cycle and start to eat regularly throughout the day, even if you’re not hungry. You’ll start to develop really great habits, and you’re stop fluctuating in weight.

OK, so this recipe is for those of you who love peanut butter and peanuts! ❤️ 💛

I hope you enjoy it, please pass it to your friends if you do. Ingredients and video below
