The Easiest Way to Form Healthy Habits

Forming healthy habits can be tough to do, if you don’t know how to do it. I know that sounds obvious, but most people, when starting out trying to eat healthy, and workout, are very hard on themselves when they begin to struggle to keep the habits, and don’t know why they are struggling so much.

You blame yourself, when actually, maybe you just don’t know the best way to go about it.

There’s a really fantastic book out there called the Slight Edge, by Jeff Olsen, and I highly recommend you read it, if you’re struggling to form and keep good habits.
