You can start at any time, and it doesn’t matter how many times you’ve tried in the past. It’s never too late to change your lifestyle. You’re only ever a few days away from detoxing your life, and getting on the right track. You can eat your last biscuit or drink your last drink and start the road to becoming fit and healthy. You don’t have to feel aches getting up off the couch.
Being fit is the coolest thing I have ever come across. We’ve members in our studio that felt old coming to us, and get back to feeling terrific again, with a bounce in their step. Nothing else can do that for you.
Like Anne Flannery…
‘Lads I’ve just played my first competitive basketball match in 25 years!! I m not joking! I won’t be able to move in the morning but I m delighted! I joined Inspire Fitness only this year and I can honestly say that without the training and encouragement from Inspire Fitness I would never have believed I could do it. So now at 45 years of age instead of playing golf I’m now back playing basketball.
Getting older, your metabolism slows down, your lean muscle mass decreases and you can get aches and pains. All this can lead to you accepting this, and slowly going into a decline, the best years behind you, or you can grab the bull by the horns and get fit! You can become the fittest you’ve ever been, and have fun doing it! You can climb mountains, cycle, take part in adventure challenges. The only thing that has to change is the belief in yourself that you can do it… and a good strategic plan.
The best type of training that ticks all the right boxes is our signature style at Inspire. A powerful combination of interval training, with resistance training and core work. It’s a method that we’ve developed over 12 years and it ticks every box. Great for fat loss, brilliant for building strength, it will increase your lean muscle mass, and have you feeling amazing after every single session, no matter what your age.
It’s never too late to get fit. You’re only one more attempt away from never having to worry about getting fit and healthy ever again. And what I mean when I say that is ,when you finally find the type of training that suits you and you love, you’ll never have to ‘start’ again.
I hope this helps.
To your success,
