How to burn fat. Tips that actually work

I want to help you if you’re stuck in a cycle of weight gain and weight loss. It’s very frustrating going around in circles, and I’m here to help you break that cycle and get to a point where you feel consistently fit and healthy. Here’s a few tips to get you on track and breaking through that cycle:

Swear off fad diets
Everyone’s like: ‘Give up carbs!’ ‘Give up fat!’ ‘ None of them are manageable long-term.
Because you’re either starving yourself or you’re cutting out a major food group. ,,,and then you go back into weight gain mode. Stop. Get rid. Work at eating healthy and developing a good relationship with food.
Be an 80/20 eater
Relax and indulge at weekends. If you don’t, you WILL fall off the wagon. You’ll get sick of being perfect the whole time, and you’ll get so de-motivated, you’ll want to throw the towel in.
Speak positively:
Don’t say ‘I can’t have that, I can’t have this.’ Take control, be in charge.  ‘I’m not going to have that’, is much better, and keeps you in control.
 Get your sleep
Sleep impacts massively on your hormones, that control how you burn fat, how you store fat, and how you’re maintaining muscle. Work at getting 8 hours a night.
Strength and interval training:
The two best things you can do to get into shape 🙂
Throw away the scales
Excuse the language but they’re a load of bollox. Get rid of them. Go by your jeans size instead. You don’t need the scales, their addictive and feed into negative behaviour patterns.
Drink plenty of water .
Hydration can curb hunger and boost your metabolism.
