Beef Stir-Fry

An extremely easy beef stir-fry to make. Less than 10 minutes to prep and 10 minutes to cook, this is a complete winner in terms of how easy it is. It’s also really tasty and healthy. Have with a salad, a baked potato or some rice. I hope you love it as much as I do!
