Tired of feeling tired? If you’re a woman over 40, the chances are, you’re busy. Add to that all the physical changes you go through as a woman, it’s not surprising that we can go through periods of time where we feel exhausted and overwhelmed.
It starts to get tricky when you want to improve your habits and get rid of unhealthy habits, as that’s easier said than done when you’re really tired. Dawned on me….I’d be sparing the oil so wouldn’t have a bath…itd be too costly to heat up a huge bath of water…..but I could spend €7 in the local bakery on a cake or tart….false economy!
