Whole-Grain Fruits, Vegetables & Starch
Consuming these foods on a regular basis will help you achieve and maintain great health. They are rich in nutrients, vitamins and antioxidants that your body needs.
Control Refined Starches
When you consume sugars and white starches, they will give you unhealthy energy and lesser nutrients. On top of that, they cause inflammatory symptoms such as increased sugar levels and weight.
Eggs, Legumes, Fish and Skinless Poultry
i.e.  healthy protein, which is going to keep you fuller for longer and gel support you in your weight loss goals. Beside that, they are rich in unsaturated fats, Vitamin D, probiotics and calcium.
Control Red Meat Intake
Controlling the intake of red meat means controlling your healthy level. Avoiding bacon, ribs, and sausages will be the trick here. They contain large amounts of fat that you don’t need in your body.
Omega 3 and Monounsaturated fats

Trans fats should be banned. Avoid them as much as possible. They can be found in:
