5 Reasons Interval training is the perfect weight loss tool

OK, I admit it, I’m an interval training super-fan! It is by far the best and effective way I have ever seen clients get into shape. Younger, older, unfit, super fit, interval training, at different intensities suits 99% of healthy adults. It has seen us at Inspire Fitness achieve incredible results with our members and that makes me happy 🙂

1.It strips fat off your stomach! A lot of our clients want to lose weight off their stomachs. Well interval training will do just that. No more spending hours doing crunches, walking for two hours, dieting like crazy. Interval training will reduce your stomach fat and make your jeans and other clothes fit so much better.

2. It boosts your metabolism! Interval training is  excellent for your metabolism. It increases it and helps you burn more calories at rest. In fact, you turn into a fat fighting machine!

3.  It stops boredom setting in! It’s fun varied, energetic and no two sessions are the same. It keeps you on your toes and is so so varied!

4. You can never be too fit or unfit! You can’t outgrow it! You can always push yourself more, work harder and make it more intense! You can make it easier, go slower, do upper body, lower body…!

5.  It makes you lean, toned, fit, healthy, your cardiovascular improves, your muscle tone looks gorgeous, your body fat goes down. You become a stronger, fitter, healthier version of you!
