10 Habits of Healthy Women

Below is a list of tips I’ve created after observing hundreds of healthy women and the difference between them and some of our clients who struggle a little.

They eat breakfast, every day.

They don’t make excuses, they own it when they slip up.

Their food diaries are an honest account of what they’ve eaten. How can we help if you’re not being straight?

If they have to miss a session, they reschedule it right away.

They are clear on their goals and what they want achieved by a certain date.

They eat clean for at least 4 days of the week.

They drink water.

They workout three times per week.

They avoid alcohol for 5 days of the week.

They have a positive mental attitude.

 

Remember that you are brilliant! You are a strong, confident woman and you deserve the best from your life. Don’t put yourself last, try to put yourself first at least four times per week. You’re brilliant, keep going.
