10 Easy Steps To Lose Weight:
- Cut out dairy products.
- Cut out carbs for dinner, eating them only with lunch and breakfast
- Avoid sugar, eating it only on treat night, once a week.
- Eat porridge every day for breakfast.
- Cut out fizzy drinks, junk food and take-away.
- Allow yourself only one treat night per week.
- Avoid eating after 8pm.
- Never go longer than 3 hours without eating.
