Why Diets Don’t Work
Are you sick and tired of thinking about weight loss? Has your weight been up and down more than twice this past year? Do you not find that frustrating?
The only thing that diets do is make us feel that we are FAILURES. They make us feel that if we don’t eat everything that is ‘from the ground’, we are not cool!
We must restrict, eliminate, and follow something that has a fancy name.

A healthy, balanced diet is what is needed. Eliminate NOTHING.
Eat from all food groups.
People find this boring or think it won’t work, well you just aren’t trying it for long enough. You want a quick fix. ENOUGH OF THE FIXES.
DO you want to look glowing, healthy and happy? Or constantly in a cycle of skinny, unhappy due to restriction, OR unhappy as overweight.
End it today and follow my top tips you can implement RIGHT AWAY:
- Drink 2 litres of water EVERY DAY… Do you?
- Avoid carbs AFTER 5PM
- Eat 3 meals and 2 small snacks
- Take the weekends off
- Workout 3 times per week, but it has to include strength training and interval training.
- Get up 15 minutes earlier than you need to.
- Plan your week ahead on a Sunday.
