Vegetable Frittata

It’s a really good idea to have a simple dinner that you can whip up in 5 minutes, and the ingredients are things you usually have in the house.

When I was 42 pounds heavier, the things that held me back were, not being organised and not simplifying things enough. When you do that, your chances of success increase big time. I hope you like this recipe, it’s simple, tasty and healthy.

Eat it with a salad or non-starchy vegetables.
