Stuck at not starting?
Committing to working out can be really tough. It’s the toughest part. Admitting you have a problem and deciding to do something about it is a great first step, but often you can spend far too long this point before deciding to take action.
Taking action is something that just has to be done. That sounds so obvious, but I think we all forget it sometimes. Like actually choosing to change your situation requires action. And that’s all it takes. You don’t need for it to be the right time, you don’t need to be in a good mood, you don’t need to feel ready, you’ve just got to go through the pain, and take action.
We come up with some many excuses daily, you’re too shy, too unfit, too unhealthy, not suited to exercise, too busy, too weak, too injured. You tell yourself this to give yourself a reason not to take action, so the vicious cycle of pre-contemplation, contemplation, rarely stops.
Getting to a point of consistency is do-able but you’ve got to accept it won’t be easy, and it shouldn’t be! I’ve met far too many people that have wanted to give up at the start, because the found it tough to stick to. But sure that is so normal! How on earth can you go from the couch to working out, without a little bit of an inner and outer struggle.

Forget everything else, and just focus on your consistency, and the rest will fall into place.
Workout to #feelgood, forget the scales, the measuring tape, the diet books, the juicing and just focus on feeling good.
