A really simple snack to save you time and keep you on track

This egg muffin recipe is perfect for a snack. I lost 3 stone when I finally started snacking and built a better relationship with food. Now I want to help you look and feel great, at any age.

Packed full of protein, and Vitamin K. They’ll keep you on track and keep hunger at bay. Remember to snack between meals to keep your metabolism high.


It’s so simple and easy to make. Here’e this ingredients:

  1. 5/6 eggs
  2. 1 pepper
  3. 1 onion
  4. Handful spinach

Directions: Mix all ingredients together and pre-heat oven.

Oven at 180′. Cook for 20-25 minutes.
