Quick & Easy Cauliflower Vegetable Curry
So I’m back with a super simple recipe! I hope it helps you. Just want to let you know that I’m not a huge fan of cooking, it’s not something I like to spend time on. So the recipes I’ll be making for you will all be really quick and easy.
This one is so simple with only a few ingredients.
And remember the key is to make three dinners with three recipes, and have them over six nights, so you’re only cooking three and then you’ve got a treat night!

Cauliflower Vegetable Curry
- 2 sliced onions
- 1 small cauliflower
- 2 tbsp curry paste (Pataks)
- 1 tin tomatoes
- handful spinach
- bunch coriander
- 200 ml water
