My Purpose (and why The Feelgood Coach?)

I'm a mum of two and I run a business.

I first fell in love with fitness, after it helped me lose 3 stone. I was unhappy, constantly dieting, and my weight was always in a yo-yo cycle. When I discovered fitness it changed my life. I love exercise now. It makes me feel really good, my clothes fit better, and I'm a happier person. But you have to figure out what type of fitness you love.

In 2015, I had post-natal depression, after my second child Emily, and it hit me hard. I gained two stone, and really didn't recognise myself in the mirror. It felt really strange for me to be so far removed from the fit, driven woman I had been before.

It was a very tough year but it taught me a huge lesson. Everyone at some stage, will go through periods where they don't feel like themselves. And that's OK. The most important thing to do is to fight back, and get on top of your game again.

I understand how hard it is to juggle so many balls, and still leave room to look after yourself. The hardest part is the first step. Once you get that out of the way, it becomes so much easier.

And that's exactly why I became The Feelgood Coach - I'm passionate about helping women, just like you, to feel good again. Because I know, with the right guidance, you can do it.
