I hope you’re keeping well, exercising, being routined and stay positive and focused.

As regards the exercise, if you’re having a day where you think you can’t even face it, rather than ruin your routine, go for a walk or do 4 minutes of Tabata interval training instead. The worst thing we can do is ruin the routine.
