How to make a tasty Vegetable Frittata. (Easy, Quick dinner Recipe)

My favourite types of dinners are those that are so simple to make.

I never used to take care of myself. I’d eat sandwiches with soup in the evening, because I associated cooking with spending lots of time in kitchen, prepping food.

It’s important for so many reasons to have a hot dinner.  You’ll feel so much better about everything, when you start to take care of yourself properly.

Building a library of quick go-to recipes will mean you won’t be stuck again.
