How To Lose weight. 5 Habits you need to Cut, (right now and forever), for Successful Weight Loss

How to lose weight and keep it off for good, it’s all at the tip of your fingertips. You can lose weight and be fit and confident, permanently, with the right strategy and approach. If you’ve been up and down with your weight for years, what you’re doing is not working for you. Many people that I meet for the first time, who want to start my program, tell me that something has worked for them in the past, but they eventually piled all the weight back on. That means, it didn’t work.

Real, long-term success starts with a real change from within. If you’re wondering how to lose weight, know that it’s a long journey to consistency. You’ve to to change your beliefs, your outlook and your mindset, because they’re not working for you right now, to the best way in which they can.

Most people I meet who have struggled to be consistent, have very harsh inner critics. You’re really hard on yourself, you constantly tell yourself negative things, and you walk around, giving out about yourself most of the time. If you don’t fix that, you’re limiting your potential, without even getting started. If you don’t fix that harsh inner critic, you’ll never change.

You may change for a while, but you’ll be stuck in the same old cycles, decade after decade.

Isn’t life worth living to the max?

5 Habits you need to Cut

Your inner critic.

Learn how to do this an you’ll change forever.  Read Tony Robbins, Awaken the Giant Within. Life-changing book.

Processed food.

Learn to not eat this stuff. Start associating lots of pain with this type of food, and pleasure to healthy food. Every time you reach for processed stuff,  think about how they must have made it, and what they must have had to put in there.

Skipping workouts

It’s just not going to happen if you start this. Never miss a session, unless you’re sick or genuinely you need a rest. Otherwise, get to your sessions.

Saying ‘Ill try’

There is only ‘Yes, I will do it’, or ‘No, I can’t’

Late-night snacking

A truly terrific food day & a workout & lots of water & late-night snacking = no results.

You’ve got this if you want it bad enough,
