Going around in circles? 9 Nutrition mistakes that are holding you back

What you’re doing now isn’t working, if you’re going around in circles and not getting results.

Stop getting frustrated by a lack of results if you’re doing the same thing over and over and over again, and get excited about change! A new you, a new way of doing things that will actually get you results.

Are you doing any of the following?

Counting calories;

Following a diet;

Taking meal replacements;

Frequently using protein bars and shakes;

Not eating breakfast;

Not eating breakfast, lunch and dinner at the same times every day;

Going low on carbohydrates;

Eating junk food more than twice per week;

Drinking alcohol more than twice per week;

If you’re doing any of the above, know that if you change it, you’ll stop plateauing and get on the right track. You can’t, with all sincerity, go home after a long day, eat a packet of biscuits often, and complain that you’re not fitting great into your clothes.

The first thing you have to do is be honest with yourself. ‘What am I doing now that’s holding me back’? ‘Am I willing to change’?… No? Then be happy with yourself and stop complaining. Yes? FANTASTIC, that’s the very first step to success! Yipee!

 

Knowing where you’re at, knowing your habits that re holding you back, and be willing and open to change them, is absolutely critical to your success.
