Gingered Chicken Breasts

I hope you’re all keeping really well.

I made this dish because I wanted to show you how easy it can be, if you keep a couple of key ingredients in your house. I have never known how to cook, and when I had kids, I was stuck. What do I make?  My passion is not in the kitchen, I love building and making things, but not food.

So I set about learning how to cook a few key dishes, and it’s changed my life.
