You can pay-as-you-go for all classes listed below. All classes are fun, tough and challenging, and designed by Galway’s top trainers. Fitcamp is a class, designed by Jessica Cooke, for fitness and/or weight loss. A class designed for women, and all are welcome. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a fitness fanatic, you will achieve great results from this class. There are different paces and exercises you can do, which make the class personalised to suit your own fitness level.

Pilates

A mat based, low impact form of exercise which uses gentle resistance to improve muscular strength beginning with the core. Regular sessions will also reduce tension and pain along the spinal column, assist in relieving stress levels, improve posture and coordination.

About Fitcamp

Fitcamp is a fitness class designed for women to be fun, energetic and results focused.

It's one of the best and most innovative ways to get into shape for women. Since it began in 2007, it has gone from strength to strength, with Fitcamp now running across Galway city and county.

Fitcamp is an hour long, indoor class consisting of cardio, resistance training and abdominal and core work. Interval training is included in every Fitcamp session. Interval training burns fat up to 9 times faster than regular training and gives the metabolism a brilliant boost.
