The biggest challenge many of my clients face is time. Time to cook, time to workout.

They need maximum results, the quickest and easiest way.  I love to find new ways to make their lives easier.  I love sourcing simple, easy to cook dinner recipes, using ingredients that most of us have at home.

I also keep the diners, carbohydrate free, as all my clients avoid carbs after 5pm.

  • 1 chicken breast
  • Half red onion
  • half red pepper
  • 1 glove garlic
  • Lump of grated ginger
  • Broccoli Florets
  • Tablespoon soy sauce
  • Tablespoon honey
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
