Why can’t I get motivated?

Finding out what motivates you, helps keep you in that good place.

Finding something you love doing, and finding out how to fall in love with working out, is how you’re going to get where you need to be.

When I was 42 pounds heavier, all my motivation was gone. I couldn’t break the cycle. It wasn’t a new food plan I needed to follow, or more workouts, it was motivation I needed to find.

When I found it, everything clicked back into place for me. So finding the time to sit down and really question yourself, is time so well spent.

Why do you want to be fit? Yes, to fit into your clothes is great but why else? What does exercise do for you? How does it make you feel about yourself? What current healthy stress reliever do you have currently? How can you find the time to fit exercise into your life?

Logging into your journal daily will really help keep you on track, and help prevent slips, or a loss of focus.

Exercising is the number 1 way to help keep your food, and weight in check. Without it, it just gets harder and harder.
